expenditure
for
Sacramento
County
state
highways
would
total
approximately
$140
million
.

highway
renewal
, the
report
had the
following
to
say
:
“Highway
construction
is
only
a
part
of the
many
renewal
programs
underway
in
Sacramento…
The
entire
community
has been
patient
in
suffering
disruptions
of
highway
relocation
and
construction
activities
. The
Division
of
Highways
is
fortunate
in
enjoying
outstanding
cooperation
with the
Sacramento
City
Council
and
staff
members.”
