Date	1900
Description	This circa 1900 promotional postcard for Phoenix Flour shows boaters along the Sacramento River. The Phoenix Flour Mills were founded in 1853 and, by 1890, its crew of 25 to 30 workers were producing 150 barrels of flour per day. Phoenix also made corn meal, buckwheat, graham and rye flour, rye meal, hominy, and granulated or breakfast wheat.
