and the
Westminster
Presbyterian
Church

. The
former

made
of
brick
and
wood
, was
built
in
1906
for
14,000
dollars
, but
vacated
in
1924
in
order
to
capitalize
on the
property's
increased
valuation
with the
growth
of
J
Street
as a
business
hub
. The
latter
property
was
vacated
in
1926
in
favor
of a
new
structure
on
Thirteenth
and
N
Streets
.
