Description	Two buildings at 6th and I Streets adjacent to a vacant lot are shown in this photograph taken in 1960. A sign visible on the corner building identifies a street level entrance to the Marconi Hotel and there is a partially covered sign painted on the brick side spelling Marconi Restaurant. The two structures fuctioned as hotel, restaurant, cigar store, sign company, liquor store and massage parlor for the first part of the 20th Century but now lie beneath a parking lot serving Old Sacramento.
