Description	This circa 1960 photograph shows two Third Street buildings, including the Bright Spot Market at 230 L Street. Two entrances to the Nishi Hotel, at 1204 and 1206 Third Street are on either side of the Manila Barber Shop at 1204 Third Street. Also visible is Everybody's Cafe at 1206 Third Street. A large painted sign on the front of the market advertises Pat-T-Pak beverages. Two men walk in opposite directions along the sidewalk.
