Title	Bridle Trail at William Land Park with Residences in Background
Date	1930
Description	Four women ride horses, two abreast, at William Land Park in this circa 1930 photograph. In the background and to the north are several residences; the brick structure in the middle of the photograph is 1901 Thirteenth Avenue while the Tudor-style house at the far right is 1957 Thirteenth Avenue. Most of the homes bracketing the park were built between the 1920s and 1940s. The car to the left is using one of the park’s many access roads. Freeport Boulevard and the newly-founded Sacramento Junior College would be to the right of the scene and out of view.
