3,000
dollars
by the
San
Francisco
firm
of
H.G
.
Cotton
and
Company

Helvetia
was
planned
in
concert
with
William
Curtis
Park
.
Helvetia
Park's
opening
was
celebrated
on
November
11
,
1920
,
when
a
memorial
flag
pole
was
presented
to the
City
of
Sacramento
by the
East
Sacramento
Parent-Teacher
Association
.
