filling

display
windows
.
Chandler’s
–
a
nationwide
chain
–
came
to
Sacramento
in
1922
. The
seller
of
high-end
shoes
and
accessories
expanded
its
operations
to
suburban
Sacramento
in
1961
with a
new
store
at
Country
Club
Plaza
at
Watt
and
El
Camino
Avenues
.
