Title	Buffalo Brewery Under Construction
Date	1889
Description	This photograph was taken during the construction of the Buffalo Brewery on June 6, 1889. It was located on 1717 Twenty-first Street between Q and R Streets. Touted during its construction as "the most complete brewing establishment on the Pacific Coast" the Buffalo was built for roughly 400,000 dollars. It also contained an artificial ice plant that could produce between 30 and 40 tons of ice daily.
